Tips for storage and organization!?
I am a horrible horde when it comes to getting scrapbooking supplies. When there is a good sale, I'm there and the material until it is I need it now or not. I'll use it eventually in some form. Now, however, I realized I'm broke and out of space. My tiny basement bedroom looks like a tornado blew through it. I some storage bins that I purchased over time but what I have WalMart not enough! What else I can do? I have a ton of paper. Plain cardboard and I love getting piles of various designs. I have gel pens, colored pencils, markers, glitter glue, and double-tip pens. Then there are stickers stickers stickers and a lot of punches embelishments. Also I have photos scattered everywhere. Any ideas to get me organized and find my room again?
As simple as it sounds a filer with two or more drawers hold tons papers. Create sections by color and then have a file folder label, paper cuts, or whatever it is that color and paste in that section then switch to another color. Then you can use another drawer and buy the plastic against the organizers of box (you can even find cheap dollar stores) These hold their feathers, glitter, stamps … and organizations by the box and stack them in a drawer. If you need more space to buy another filer. Having two windows with size presentation takes up much less space than a stack of boxes and materials in every drawer in your home! Not to mention it fits well in a filing cabinet … garage .. basement … are hideable and you can even buy some nice oak if you want them to be decorative.
